Our Supervisors; expert eyes on the ground!

At Cleaning Master we’re fortunate enough to have amazing commercial cleaning teams who turn up day in, day out; leaving their sites as sparkling today as they did on day one.

 In fact, our teams actually improve the longer they work on a school, office or workplace site. Getting to know the best way to clean each individual area and how different commercial cleaning tasks can be best shared out all increases efficiency over time.

So presumably the role of a Supervisor is just box ticking and making sure holiday leave doesn’t clash then…?

The reality is that couldn’t be further from the truth!

Without our brilliant Supervisors, like Vicky (pictured), we would be hard pressed to provide the local, professional commercial cleaning services we’ve become known for.

Granted, technically there is some box ticking- they do manage our 100point checklist for quality and finish of cleaning. And, yes they also make sure our cleaning teams are fully staffed if there’s every last minute absence or illness. But it’s their work on the ground that makes all the difference.

Whether its monitoring which areas need extra time across a certain period (think school deep cleans!), liaising with site staff about where extra attention may be required, or keeping track of the varied equipment and materials used on site, it’s a long list that needs doing and needs doing well.

But there’s more- You knew there would be.

Not only are our supervisors essential in making sure our commercial cleaning services rival and beat that of larger, faceless firms, but they’re hugely important in looking after our actual staff as well.

Our supervisors are the first point of call that many of our cleaning teams will get the chance to deal with when they need some extra support. Whether it’s issues with managing work for childcare, the cost of living, or even just general stress and wellbeing, it’s our supervisors who often get first chance to provide support where and when it’s needed.
