How often do you clean a site? Can cleaning schedules be altered to meet changes in demand?
Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, we can clean from 1 day a week to 7 days a week. The number of days is completely up to you and your requirements. Of course we’re also able to accommodate any changes over time as businesses grow and change.
What time do you clean? Is it possible to alter our cleaning times in future if needed?
We can clean at whatever time you require. Many of the businesses we clean for are only available for access in the evenings, likewise many of the school facilities prefer us to carry out early morning cleans. We can be completely flexible in making our cleaning services fit around you.Will we always have the same cleaners?
Will we always have the same cleaning team?
Yes you will. Short of any absences, we like to keep our cleaning teams consistent for all projects they carry out. This not only increases their efficiency and effectiveness as they get to know the site better, but also allows them to build a direct rapport and relationship with any personnel at site. Having positive relationships with cleaning teams means any changes or alterations at site can easily be met and adapted to right away.
Who do we contact if we have any day to day requests?
For general day to day issues our cleaning teams themselves are always happy to help and advise where possible. For more specific requests each of our clients are also given their own dedicated Area Manager, who will be their first point of contact should they require any additional services or alterations. They can also contact head office directly and our customer helpdesk, both can be reached through the main phone number on our website.
Do you supply everything required? Will we need to provide any equipment or storage space?
Yes, we provide everything needed to ensure a complete clean at your business. Generally, we supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out all our cleaning tasks within the agreed price. For larger offices and commercial contracts we may require access to a cleaning storage area in order to keep larger equipment and cleaning materials. This is always arranged beforehand and can be suited to meet each client. Additionally, we can also regularly supply consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, bin liners etc., which would be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
Are you cleaners fully trained and insured?
Yes our staff are fully trained before they begin cleaning and also go through regular training on new regulations and cleaning techniques. in addition to this all staff are provided with site induction training when taking on roles at a new site, ensuring their work is always correct, safe and appropriate. All our staff are DBS checked and insured while carrying out any work onsite. Copies of all coverage can be provided on request.
Do you carry out regular quality controls and supervision?
Our cleaners are regularly supervised with managers actually on site to ensure that the premise is cleaned to the highest standards. We also seek feedback from our clients so that should they have any concerns about any part of our service we can resolve them right away. We’ve found that by having managers visit sites frequently we are better able to understand the clients needs and ensure our operatives are well trained, motivated and happy.
How do we contact you if we have any queries or requests?
For general communication with clients we can always be contacted through the office phoneline, provided above, as well as by email for any minor requests. Do not be surprised if our area managers contact you directly to follow up on an email or call. As a client centred business we’ve always prioritised following up any issues or comments no matter how small. Whilst we have many larger businesses on our books our firm was built on keeping regular, satisfied customers across the North West.
