New year. Fresh start. High hopes.

New year always marks one of our busiest times at Cleaning Master and 2023 looks to be no different! We can’t be sure how long the New Year resolutions will last, but thankfully our amazing new hires and client sites look ready to go.

For office and school cleaning in particular the post pandemic bounce back has seen demand for cleaners across Merseyside increase massively. While we always see a gradual increase it’s heartening to see so many firms coming to a local, family business over agency and ‘temp’ cleaning organizations.

Part of our appeal (beyond the physical…) has always been the local touch, making sure all our clients have a dedicated project manager for their site. This means their site visits, quality assurance checks and account management are handled by one, single face that they know and deal with regularly.

In practice it also means that any issues which arise are typically dealt with by a single, no-hassle phone call.  

Martin our contacts manager is a great example; a one touch contact point for all our school cleaning contracts. Any issues, be it staffing requirement, materials or last minute changes he can sort it. And having worked with us for over 15 years it’s no surprise he’s a trusted part of who we are.

Having team members able to deal with our all sites personally we feel has always made the biggest difference.

Here’s to a great 2023 for Cleaning Master, our staff and all our clients.  We look forward to showing the value, quality and integrity of our services for the year to come!
